Certify
You can have various non-food products and/or services certified for Milieukeur. With Milieukeur, you prove that your product or service is more sustainable than comparable products/services. Each product group has different requirements relating to the use of raw materials, energy, harmful substances, packaging and waste, and water quality and quantity. See below which products and services you can certify.
How does it work?
For each product group, SMK has entered into a licensing agreement with certification bodies. These institutions are accredited by the Dutch Accreditation Council and thus demonstrate that they are competent, reliable, and impartial. These checks are carried out in accordance with European standards for product certification (ISO/IEC 17065:2012).
